Support Elders' Institute Online
Check out the new donations page on our website to conveniently contribute to the Elders' Institute. You can make a donation that fits with your interests and passions. For example, your gift towards bursary support could make it possible for elders with financial constraints to be able to participate in continuing education opportunities. In some cases, your support could make it possible for the Elders' Institute to develop new resources, e.g., online courses, workshops or e-sources. Or you might dedicate a course in honour or memory of a special ruling elder. |
Winners
The prize for the first person to register for PAW (Pre-Assembly Workshop) 2010 goes to Marlene LaMontagne, from St. Andrew's, Calgary. The 100th person to sign up for the Elders' Institute Facebook group was Curtis Bablitz, student at VST (Vancouver School of Theology). Each won a $25 gift certificate from the Elders' Institute. Registration is available online for PAW 2010. If you register early, the cost is only $65 (a $10 savings),
which includes a day of workshops, worship, lunch, refreshments
