Welcome to the Elders' Institute Putting a FACE to RULING ELDERSHIP Phase 2. The Elders' Institute is making a rotating banner for it's website, celebrating the service of all ruling elders.

To make this project a success, we need group photos of ruling elders of The Presbyterian Church in Canada. They can be posed shots or photos of session members in action, serving in their congregation and/or community.

What kind of photo?
We don't have special requirements but we suggest that the following guidelines be followed:

• Include several people
• Orient photo horizontally ("landscape" format)
• Use sufficient lighting

We suggest that you take the photographs with a digital camera (or regular camera and have the film developed afterwards, ideally with a copy of the film transferred onto a CD). That way the photos are easy to send by email (or, alternatively, you can send us the whole CD by regular mail).

Please identify your photo(s) with your congregation's name, include contact information and, if it's a posed photo, have all elders in the photo fill out a permission form.
