Leadership Training for Chinese Churches: Reaching Your God-Given Potential
This online course will provide an introduction for Chinese ruling elders and lay leaders who serve in Chinese congregation within Canadian contexts. Participants will learn to recognize and appreciate other people’s leadership styles and to identify the particular way they approach service and growth.
