Leading with Care
The course will be interactive, focusing initially on the Leading with Care policy and looking at the details of it. Each week, we will look closer at the policy and the implementation of the policy. The participants will have a chance to interview those that have been involved with the policy in their church or other local churches and also to examine resources that are available and others that they would recommend.
As we approach the end of the course, we will investigate ways for course participants to implement the Leading with Care policy and also look carefully at what is missing in the current policy.
