Discerning a Call to Eldership - Peter Bush

This self-directed workshop aims at helping sessions and congregations fulfill the vital task of discerning who is being called by God into the eldership. It also provides prospective elders with ways to sort through conflicting voices and feelings to discern the Spirit's leading. The self-directed workshop outlines an interactive and prayerful process of discernment in the following four sections:
